Terms of use and privacy policy of the application regarding personal data. This document governs the procedure by which individuals (hereinafter — users) submit personal information when using the application produced by Artem Tishchenko (hereinafter — the “Producer”). The Producer notifies that the user may, at their own discretion, provide the Producer, as the operator of personal data, with their personal data.
Personal data — any data used to identify an individual. It may include, among other things, last name, first name, patronymic, email address, postal or other physical address, occupation, and other information required to provide services, deliver products, or perform other operations at your request.
By providing their personal data, the user gives unconditional consent to the processing (including collection, systematization, accumulation, refinement (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data, and indefinite storage) by the Producer of the above data in electronic form and/or on paper for the following purposes:
The consent specified in this clause is valid indefinitely and may be revoked by the user by written notice sent to the Producer’s address by registered mail. The user’s consent to the processing of personal data is deemed revoked 30 days from the date the Producer receives such written notice from the user.
The Producer undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the user’s personal data. At the same time, together with the above consent to the processing of personal data, the user also gives their full consent to receive mail messages from the Producer, including of an advertising nature.
The Producer may collect non-personal (aggregated or demographic) data using cookies, access history logs, and web counters.
This information is used to improve the level of the services we provide. The Producer does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties without your permission.
The Producer may transfer the user’s personal data to companies authorized by the Producer in the following cases:
The Producer does not store the user’s personal data longer than necessary for the purposes of its collection or than required by applicable laws or regulations.
The user who provides their personal data thereby agrees to the provisions of this policy.
The service may include recurring payments for a subscription period (the “Subscription Service”). When you activate a subscription, you authorize recurring charges on a prospective basis, until the recurring payments are canceled, from your account.
The subscription billing date is the date on which you purchase your first subscription. For subscription information, please visit our pricing catalog. At the time of subscription billing, your account will be automatically charged all fees and taxes for the next subscription period (for example, monthly billing periods will be billed on the same day each month). The subscription will continue until you cancel it or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid subscription charges to your account. We or a third-party payment system will bill the subscription to the selected payment method at the time of purchase (or to another payment method if you change your payment information).
The Producer reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this policy from time to time.
